Quor
Quor
What is WAGTBA by Quor? Something you should hear, A quiet difference of styles and dynamics that follow no rules of the rock/metal/indie/punk genre's but still stands as a whole, consistent within itself. Every song is an epic ride, a storied tale. Subtle and furious in groove; hooked for days in harmony. Will you find yourself uttering a line or two caught deep inside your head? To where will it take you? The answer is yours but the outcome is always the same. By listening to this record you will arrive into awesomeness. Bold but true.

The three piece wonder of Quor is like sighting a pterodactyl. You are scared and yet drawn to its unusual beauty and the danger of its existence. It breaks rules of physics like a Unicorn. The singers last name is actually Corn. But seriously every new band is the shit according to their bio. Your judgment is all that you will need whether attending a performance or spinning the music on your own sweet time. The dynamics of rock vs. metal, indie vs. punk will intrigue you. An active culture. A three headed dragon of thrash, groove, and soul. Simply, un-simple. Quor culture will force you to question what you believe about rock. Period.

Scarlet Canary
“Scarlet Canary isn’t your ordinary little bird…” – Metal Recon

“Maddox and the crew wear their hearts on their sleeve, leaving their songs dripping with emotion.”
–Colorado Music Buzz

With their most recent release of their album ‘Arise’ the band has been doing just that, rising through the ranks of the regional music scene. Early tours in the Midwest with Stitched Up Heart and City of the Weak generated the momentum that culminated the band’s most recent headlining tour of the US. The Morning Wood Tour was the band’s headlining debut which took the band through 28 states 80+ shows and a showcase performance at South by Southwest. Going as far West as Los Angeles and as far east as the Carolina Coast. 24,000 miles in a van and over 514 hours of drive time has earned the band performances with Skillet, Saliva, Gemini Syndrome, Lita Ford, and many more.

The band’s talent and work ethic over the last two years on the road has earned sponsorships from Coldcock Whiskey and Spector Bass. Always on time for load in and ready to throw down the band is fronted by the powerful vocals of Hannah Maddox which takes female fronted rock right up to the edge of metal. Deep driving toms and down-tuned guitars with riffs inspired by pop punk and metal core back Hannah’s hard rock driven vocals where it is not uncommon for her to scream at a climatic bridge.

“Arise” was produced by Martin Schroeder of No Heart Studios and is radio ready; being currently played on 94.3 Kilo FM, 106.7 KBPI, 93.3 KTCL, and other Clear Channel affiliates across the US. Scarlet Canary’s music can also be found on Pandora, Spotify, Apple Music, and all other major online retailers.
The band’s music video for ‘Bottles and Anchors’ is set to release early march of 2016 alongside the band’s second Headlining US tour; The Girls Go GRRRR Tour. Which will feature stops in LA, Chicago, New York, Austin, and more. Scarlet Canary is a bird on the rise ready to show any audience why the caged bird screams.
One From None
One From None
One From None has been together for a total of 14 years with founding members Tony Mirci and William Folds. Numerous rhythm sections have come and gone, but in 2002, bassist Eric Dale and drummer Dave Gussenbauer completed the quartet that became One From None. The hard rock quartet has had much success in Denver and Colorado Springs, playing such venues as the Ogden, Bluebird and Gothic Theaters, Herman's Hideaway, Bushwackers, Union Station, Eck's Saloon, and Iliff Park Saloon.
One from None recorded their self titled EP in 2004 and worked with producer Chris Boggs in 2006 for their second album Scratch Tracks. Currently, the Denver based quartet is taking a straight forward approach by returning to their individual roots and writing new material.
