Time Again

Time Again is a punk rock band from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed in the summer of 2004 by vocalist Daniel Dart and guitarist Elijah Reyes. Before they even had a full band or a single song written, they began printing stickers and flyers for Time Again to heavily promote their band, resulting in numerous shows being booked. Time Again only came together as a full band a few days before their first show, with Brian Burnham and Ryan Purucker joining on bass guitar and drums. The band says some of their musical influences are Rancid, Operation Ivy, and The Clash.

In June 2005, Time Again released a self-titled EP on Rancid Records. This EP would result in radio play on several Los Angeles radio stations as well as Fungus 53 of XM Radio, which would name the EP as one of the top 25 albums of 2005, and the song “I Go Back” as one of the top 10 songs of 2005.
The band released their debut full-length, The Stories are True, on April 25, 2006, on Hellcat Records. it was the highest played record of 2006-2007 on XM radio and received heavy rotation through out north america. the song “Cold Concrete” won best punk song of the year from XM Radio beating out NoFX and solidified Time Again’s place in Punk Rock history.
In August 2006 Brian Burnham left the band and was replaced with Oren Soffer .
The band released their second full-length album Darker Days in early 2008. it was received with great acclaim and the band toured for a year straight playing to thousands of people all over the globe.

Before their 2008 fall tour, Ryan Purucker left the band to return to his homestate of Alaska, and was replaced with Jake “Belush” Margolis.

In Late 2008 guitarist Elijah Reyes left the band for a two year hiatus. It is unknown if Elijah will return to the band in 2011. The band originally considered taking two years off to wait for him but ultimately decided to replace him with guitarist Kris Idol.

The band is currently working on their third full-length album tentatively titled “scratch paper” and is hoping to start posting demo’s on their myspace and website over the next few months.

They are also looking into US tours and Europe tours for the summer and fall of 2009 but will most likely not tour as heavy as usual until 2010 when "scratch paper’’ is released.
