Honor the Fallen

Hailing from Broomfield, Colorado, Honor the Fallen is quintet of young musicians ready to set a stage on fire every time they play. They play with reckless ambition putting everything they have into their live performances. The boys of Honor the Fallen do not limit themselves to that one certain genre, rather, they explore different sounds while growing tighter as a band. They have been compared to bands like Chiodos, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, and Emery.

Sharing the stage with bands like Protest the Hero, Between the Trees, and The Audition at the 2008 Vans Warped Tour, the group of young men are ready to take their name to a national level. They have recently had a small tour, which included a stop on the Warped Tour that was booked and financed by the band their self. With Multiple shows already under belt, Honor the Fallen has no intention of stopping and are on track to play over 50 shows this year.

“Out of Thin Air is their new seven song demo, and it’s filled with a true passion and energy that is positively infectious. It would be too easy to compare these guys to the other post hardcore bands in the area, as Honor the Fallen transcends the familiar trends, coming up with timeless songs that will make them far in the music biz. One of the best aspects of their music is the keyboard underscore going on through the songs, injecting a dark and magical atmosphere into the proceedings. Vocalists Matt Guerin sings with a genuine sense of urgency that will instantly draw the listener in. Tracks such as Some Cupids Kill, Recovery, and Shattered Glass demonstrate how diverse and resourceful Honor the Fallen is. Labels like Rise and Victory should really take note of what this collective has to offer. The musicians on Out of Thin Air include the aforementioned Matt Guerin, Kenny Sienkiewicz on Drums, Dylan Neise on Guitar, Dan Ha Keyboard and Guitar, and Jerrod Fassler on Bass. It will be exciting to see what the future has in store for these guys! Highly recommended!!” – Kenneth Morton of Highwire Daze Magazine Based out of California.

Honor the Fallen plans on writing and recording their follow up to “Out of Thin Air” this fall thru Absinthe Audio in Broomfield, Colorado, where their first E.P. was recorded. In addition to recording, they are planning another tour this winter, as well as growing in their home state as they play shows all over it. Be on the lookout for Honor the Fallen.
